FREE HOMEWORK HELP FOR TRI-LAKES STUDENTS IN GRADES 3-12
Our program begins on September 17, 2007 and ends on May 12, 2008. We follow the Lewis-Palmer School District calendar and their inclement weather policy.
Students may join the program at any point, and once registered, are welcome to come anytime help is needed.
The registration form can be downloaded from this site. <registration form> Once completed, it can be brought to the first session, mailed to the church address, or left with our church secretary.
Our tutors are volunteers who have backgrounds in teaching or in fields requiring skills in communication, math or science.
For your peace of mind and for the safety of your student, the following safety measures are in place. Standard background checks have been run on our tutors. Tutoring takes place in the open space of our large Fellowship Hall. We require you or your designated driver to sign your student in and out each evening.
Students are asked to bring their homework and all the educational materials needed for the evening’s session.
Our goal is to provide a service to our Tri-Lakes community by providing free academic support to your student in an environment that is responsible, safe, and caring. We look forward to assisting you and your family.
