Music

Whether it is the contemporary sounds of Stephen Curtis Chapman and Casting Crowns led by our praise team, or the great traditional hymns sung by our chancel choir, you will find inspiration and a song to carry in your heart for the new week.
Contemporary Praise Music
Praise Team
The Praise Team provides the music for the 8:30am worship service. The team, all church members, consists of six instrumentalists and six vocalists. They primarily lead people in contemporary praise songs and choruses but also play instrumentals and responses. The goal is to inspire worshipers as we gather to honor and glorify God. Additional musicians are welcome!
Traditional Worship Music
Chancel Choir
Chancel Choir assists in leading worship at the 11:00am worship service, September through May. This group is open to all interested singers. Music for this choir is varied and ranges from classics to gospel, rag, and other styles such as the contemporary anthems of John Rutter and Mark Hayes. The choir rehearses on Thursday evenings from 7:30-9:00pm. Please contact the church office if you have questions or are interested in singing.
Handbell Choirs
These bell-ringing groups perform in churches around the area, representing the entire Tri-Lakes community. There are groups for adults, youth, and children.
Summer Choir
Summer Choir sings at the 11:00am service for 4-6 weeks during the summer months. No Thursday rehearsals are needed since the music is simple and readily accessible. This is a great opportunity to try singing in our choir! Warm-ups are just prior to the service.
